Steps for Intensive Success

STEP 1: Choose a day that works best for you. Plan for a 1-hour kick-off call 3-5 days in advance of your session and 3 hours the day of the session (9-12 or 1-4 EDT). Ensure you give yourself enough time to complete any needed prep work before your half-day. 

STEP 2:  Once you've secured your date, you'll receive an email to set-up a time for your kick-off call and decide which messaging service to use the day of the intensive. Your kick-off call will be approximately 1 hour to review your current goals and plan status.

STEP 3: On the day of your intensive, we will work together for 3 hours and  communicate through an instant messaging service if I have questions. Once the day is done, I'll be available for 30 days through email if you need feedback or clarification.
